Martin Kovnats is a member of the firm's Corporate Finance Group and Private Equity and Venture Capital Team. He is chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions Team and co-chair of the International Team.

PracticeMartin practises primarily in the areas of merger and acquisition activities, take-over bids, public and private debt and equity financings, and other corporate commercial matters. He practises in Canada and has extensive experience in cross-border matters abroad (principally in the U.S. and the U.K.), advising clients on various mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate governance matters.
